Additionally, you will need a folding chair or a workout bench, 1 set of 5lb dumbbells & 1 set of 10lb dumbbells for your sessions. A heavy set is also recommended, but not required. We recommend starting at 20lbs for your heavy set of dumbbells. You may choose lighter or heavier, but we recommend the weights listed here for foundational purposes.
