If your Fitness Kit Essentials are no longer in your possession or becomes damaged you will need to purchase another PNP Unboxed Fitness Kit separately from this offer.
You will need to bring 1 set of 5lb dumbbells & 1 set of 10lb dumbbells with you for your sessions. You may choose lighter or heavier, but we do recommend the dumbbells above for foundational purposes.
